We do not take returns... unless arranged before purchasing.
All new items have at least a year warranty...(No warranties on Customer's misuse/abuse)
All used item is tested and works as it should and sold as is... but no warranties on them...
Shipping International:
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations. Buyers are also responsible for (if there is any) import taxes, VAT and custom fees at your destination, when you receive the item.
All international orders ship via USPS only. We don't mark items at a lower value or as a gift. All taxes and VAT are the sole responsibility of the buyer. Boutique Pedal NYC only charges for the item and delivery. Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's custom office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to buying. These charges are normally collected by shipping company or at the your pick up point. Please do not confuse them for additional shipping charges. Please do not ask us to mark merchandise values below value or mark item as "gifts" etc...
We are USA based online shop. All our product comes with US standard instructions and adaptors(when it's included). Please do not expect instructions in your language or adaptors made for your country standard. You need to supply your own correct transformers or adaptors. Boutique Pedal NYC is not responsible for damaged item caused by customers miss use.
