Ezeptocore from infinitedigits and Maneco Labs is a breakbeat sample mangler designed to help you slice, chop, and effect samples in real time to create wild rhythms, ear-candy glitches, and more. Revitalized and rushing back into Eurorack systems everywhere, Ezeptocore brings the sample-slicing fun of the original Zeptocore and the Eurorack-format Ectocore made with Toadstool Tech to a new run of modules in collaboration with Maneco Labs. Streaming samples directly from an included SD card preloaded with sounds, Ezeptocore offers immediate access to creative sample surgery, with simple sample management thanks to sixteen banks of storage. An internal shift-register inspired sequencer creates new slice patterns with ease. In addition to frenetic chopping and slicing of all your favorite drum loops, Ezeptocore features sixteen classic breakcore-inspired effects, selected through a convenient and performance-ready preset system. Repitch, reverse, stretch, filter, and stutter, with even more audio manglers available to create complex punch-in effects that satisfy the senses.

Connect to the clock input to sync Ezeptocore to the rest of a rhythmic patch, or tap out your own tempo, with automatic repitching of your break and other beat-sync'd effects making quick work of classic breakbeat gestures. Ezeptocore's clock output features an integrated multiplier, ensuring you can hit your desired tempo and create immediate changes in rhythmic flow as you expand and contract the clock pulses. A trigger out is also available for clocking other modules, which analyzes Ectocore's audio stream to produce triggers based on kick, snare, transient, or random activity. Sample preparation is easy with the browser-based sample tool provided by infinitedigits, making it easy to get your favorite loops into the system, organize and tag samples, and update the firmware from the comfort of your computer.
